Young Soon Knight

Young Soon Knight, 73, of Deloice Crescent, Newport News transitioned Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Warwick Forest Retirement Community. She was the daughter of the late Bok Ye Kim and Hwi Byoung Shin. She was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Knight, Sr. She was a member of Full Gospel Light and Love Church. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Jasmine Knight of Newport News; two sons, Lowell Knight (Latrice) of Fredericksburg, VA and Lloyd Knight II of Indiana, five sisters, Jeom Soon Shin, Man Soon Shin, Jong Soon Shin, Kwan Nam Shin and Kwang Ja Shin; two brothers, Geuk Sam Shin and Kwang Eun Shin; two grandchildren; cousins, nieces and friends. A celebration of life will be held 1:oo p.m. Monday, April 2, 2018 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. Rok NamKung will officiate.
