Willie "Bunk" Lee Harris

Willie Lee Harris (“Bunk”), 78, son of the late Lillian W. Harris and Robert Lee Harris, was born October 3, 1939 in Nansemond County. He entered eternal rest on Monday, June 18, 2018, at Sentara Obici Hospital. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Bessie Mae Harris and two brothers, Robert “Jack” Harris and Thomas Earl Harris. He was employed with Suffolk Concrete for 20 plus years as a Truck Driver. He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Kimberly Campbell (Marc) of Capital Heights, MD and Salena Featherson (Shawn) of Suffolk, VA; four sons, Shelton Scott (Joy) of Kew Gardens, NY, Roderick Harris (Dawn) of Suffolk, VA, Adrian Harris (Kia) of Suffolk, VA and Delvin Holland of Suffolk, VA; four sisters, Henrietta Cherry, Shirley Parker, Mary Harris and Mollie Harris all of Suffolk, VA; 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be held noon, Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Rising St. James P.H.C, 201 N. 6th Street, Suffolk, VA 23434. Rev. Robert A. Wilkins will deliver the message of comfort.
