On August 7, 2021, William Marion Chapman, 55, transitioned at his residence in West Palm Springs, Florida. William, a native of Suffolk, VA, was the son of the late Joe Louis Chapman, and Mary Lee Chapman. A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Rising St. James, 201 N. 6th Street, Suffolk, VA.
