William Cleveland Purdie affectionately known as "Pete" Big Daddy and "Pap" left this world to go be with the Lord Sunday evening, March 6, 2022. He passed away peacefully at his home. A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Gilfield Baptist Church Cemetery. Pastor Henderson will deliver the message of comfort.
