Thurman Langston

Thurman Langston, 85, of Butler Drive, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Friday, April 9, 2021 at his residence. He was the son of the late Rosa Lee Langston Howell. Besides his mother he was preceded in death by his wife Mable M. Langston and two sons, Anthony "Tony" Thomas and Christopher "Poochie" Langston. He leaves to cherish his memories three daughters, Brenda Thomas of Dunn, NC, Dorotha Thomas of Atlanta, GA and Karen Little of Conley, GA; two sisters, Odell White and Irene Lowther of Suffolk, VA; 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Palm Tree Baptist Church 8165 Whaleyville Blvd, Suffolk, VA. He will be laid to rest in Langston Cemetery.
