Terry Knight

On Thursday October 19, 2023 at 7:25 p.m., Ms. Terry Valena Eaton  Knight entered into her eternal rest surrounded by her children, nieces and other loved ones and friends.

She was born February 14, 1959 in Franklin, Virginia to the late Bishop L.F. Eaton, II and the late Reverend Barbara Bracey Eaton.  She attended the Franklin public schools and graduated from Hayden High School. She was a loving and doting mother to her two children Terrell and Tiffany and her four grandchildren-her “Grandma Puddins”.  She accepted her Lord and Savior in her early teens.

She was a member of Eatons Temple Holiness Church where she had faithfully served her Pastors, assisting them to the best of her ability until their demise.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bishop L.F. Eaton, II, her mother Reverend Barbara B. Eaton and her youngest brother Tyrone Stephon Eaton.

Her life and memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of her children, son Terrell J. Knight, Sr.; daughter, Tiffany V. Knight; a daughter-in-law, Christanique; four grandchildren-Tamia, Terrell Jr. “TJ”, Trevion, and TaKiya; one brother, Elder Timothy F. Eaton, Sr.; her care-givers- special niece, Mrs. Tyrice Eaton Cox and assistants Ms. Kay Williams, Mrs. Veretta Riddick, an abundance of other nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and the entire Eatons Temple Holiness Church family.

A celebration of life will be held noon, Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Eaton’s Temple Holiness Church, Gates, N.C. She will be laid to rest in Southview Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
