**Obituary: Terrance Christephon Bryant** **Sunrise: December 8, 1972 – Sunset: April 19, 2025** Terrance "Chris" Bryant, a devoted family man, skilled electrician, and beloved member of his community, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2025, at the age of 52. Born on December 8, 1972, Terrance’s life was a testament to hard work, loyalty, and strength that touched everyone who knew him. For over 20 years, Chris dedicated himself to Maintenance at Smithfield Foods, where his sharp mind, technical expertise, and warm camaraderie earned him admiration from colleagues. Above all, Chris cherished his role as a husband, father, brother, uncle, and cousin. Chris leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 28 years, Michelle; his children, Terrance “Lil Chris” Bryant, II and Christina Bryant; his granddaughter, Carmen, and his siblings, Sherry Olds (Patrick), James Pruden (Eboni), Terry Pruden, Bryant “Travelle” Pruden and Mrs. Peggy Reid who was very special to him, helping to raise him and whom he thought of as and affectionately called “Ma”. He also leaves behind a legacy of love carried on by countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will forever remember his wisdom, humor, fun-loving spirit, and unwavering love. Chris’s hands were rarely still—whether repairing machinery at Smithfield, working on cars, or cooking. His ability to mend what was broken along with consistently showing love ending most conversations with his favorite phrase and how he referenced himself "The Greatest." Chris was preceded in death by his Grandson Chance, loving Mother Diane, Grandmother Helen, Grandfather Clarence, Uncle Alvin, Aunt Yvonne, and His Aunt Carolyn.
