Leonard Steven Cook, 48, of Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Sunday, March 14, 2021. He was the son of Angie Ricks and George Cook III. He attended Lakeland High School and was employed with Nick of Time Irrigation. He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Jac'Quazja Cook-Council of Suffolk, VA; five sons, Qu'Ran L. Cook, Jac'Que Cook-Council, Antonio Lucas, Montain Jordan and Corey Branch all of Suffolk, VA; four sisters, LaDonna Cook-Gilchrist, Georgann Cook, Cemera Cook-Boose and Mashell Sutton all of Suffolk, VA; brother, Christopher Cook of Suffolk, VA; 3 grandchildren, Jade Edwards, Antonio Lucas III and Peyton Lucas; 3 aunts, Searina Saunders of Suffolk, VA, Barbara Badger of Hampton, S.C and Margie Cook of Atlanta, GA; uncle, Harry Saunders; 20 nieces and nephews; 38 great nieces and nephews; cousins and friends. A viewing will be held 12-6 p.m. Sunday, March 21, 2021 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held noon, Monday, March 22, 2021 in the Melvin J.
