Sonya "Salbug" Christine Franklin, 58, of Forrest Oak Lane, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Thursday, October 3, 2019 at her residence. A celebration of life will be held noon, Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Balm Church East Campus 525 E. Washington Street. Bishop A.S. Hall will deliver the message of comfort.
