Salvador Jovel Serrano, 32, of Blue Mountain, Mississippi transitioned August 29, 2020. He is the son of Salvador Jovel Serrano, Sr. and Carmela Serrano. He was a Contractor with Eastern Contractors as an Iron Worker. Besides his parents he leaves to cherish his memory, Hilmer Hernandez, Osmon Pena Cruz and Alexander Serrano.
