Robin S. Watkins, 53, of Norfolk, Virginia, transitioned to Sentara Leigh Hospital on Monday, March 24, 2025. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 1, from 3-7 p.m. A celebration of life will be held at noon, Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Oak Grove Baptist Church. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
