Ricky Scott

It deeply saddens the Scott & Sears family to announce our father, brother, nephew, uncle and cousin our clear Ricky Alvester Scott has passed on peacefully in his residence on Sunday, May 26, 2024. God sent his heavenly angels to relieve Ricky's earthly body to take him home. Mr. Scott was an life long resident of Suffolk, Va. where he lived out a beautiful life loved by his children, family and friends everyone. He was predeceased by his mother Mary Francis Scott his father William Alfred Scott, three brothers (Junie) William A. Scott Jr., (Butch) George Lee Scott (Roland) Roland G. Scott. He leaves behind to cherish his earthly memory and a lot of beautiful memories to hold forever his four daughters and one son; Chiquita S. Scott, Asheema L. Scott, Rikita L. Watkins and Nikita K. Watkins, Brandon L. Burks; two sisters; Margaret L. Parker and Ida Mae Scott, two brothers Reginald A. Scott and Tony M. Scott, a loving aunt Margaret A. Sears, 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A memorial will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2024, 1p.m., in the Melvin Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home Inc.  Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
