Randal Givens, 63, of Saldo Bend, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2021 at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries. Pastor William Wiggins will deliver the message of comfort. He will be laid to rest in Mount Ray Cemetery.
