Rachel Jackson, 76, of Jefferson Street, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2021 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
