And beyond this day…that love prevails Qurante’ (Tae Budd) De ’Zhan Budd 24 was born in Suffolk, VA May 21,1998 to Kameshia ShaDawn Budd and Wilbert Lee Johnson Jr. Qurante’De’Zhan Budd was predeceased in death by his great grandfather’s Charlie Jordan Sr.,Robert Lee Turner , Melvin Budd Sr .His grandfather Wilbert L. Johnson , Great Grandmother Delosise Budd, Grandmother Mary Johnson and aunt Vivian Jones King. As a young child Qurante’ attended East End Daycare. There he attended weekly children’s bible study. His was baptized at Tabernacle Christian Church while there he was a member or the usher board, choir, and praise team under the leadership of Bishop Carlton Uptown .He later on joined East End Baptist church as a teenager there he was a member of the usher board and choir .Qurante’ had a passion and love for basketball and football that carried him through at his years starting with parks and recks , Junior Varsity , and ending with Varsity. Qurante’ graduated from Lakeland High school, as the class of 2016. He held employment with the city of Suffolk, City of Chesapeake, but later started a career with Drivers Contractor as a Skit Steel Operator. Qurante’ had a heart that would light up a room. He had many bright ideas for his future and was dedicated to achieving them. Qurante’ leaves to cherish his memories his mother Kameshia Budd (Alexander) Father Wilbert Lee Johnson, His daughters A ‘Zani Budd and A’Zorie Scott, His devoted friend Jayla Knight , His devoted grandmother Charlene Budd and great grandmother Vivian Turner , His grandfather Melvin Budd Jr. A special mother figure Pauline Ralph , His brothers Demontia Johnson , Jkwon Johnson , Deagion Johnson , His Sister Delacia Johnson , His Nieces Chole’ Amour and Cali Arya , His aunts Sandra Johnson , Jenifer Pierre , Mary Patrick (Henry ) , Marline Hollomon (James ) His uncles Charlie Jordan Jr. (Diana) , Walter Jordan Jr. (Kesha) , Latrung Budd (Jessica) , Berry Norman , Karl King , Vernon Clark (Donya) Special Cousins Nasir Jones , Cardy Patrick , Special Friends Marc Baker Jr. , Christopher Ralph , Andre Drayton Jr. Monte Hillard Jr and many more family members and close friends . A public viewing will be held 2:00-7:00 p.m., Friday, March 31, 2023 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. A celebration of life will be held 1:30 p.m., Saturday, April 1, 2023 at East End Baptist Church. Mr. Budd will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
