On Friday, August 4, 2023, God scanned this earth, and He dispatched His angels. Quenteisha D. Eaton, also known as “Teisha,” was born on November 13, 1991, in Norfolk, Virgina to the late Quintion D. Eaton and Tresa M. Eaton. Teisha gained her wings peacefully at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. Teisha was a 2010 graduate of Western Branch High School in Chesapeake, Virginia. In May 2015, Teisha received her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Virginia State University in Petersburg, Virginia. In May 2017, she received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University, Norfolk, Virginia. Teisha was currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Education from Liberty University. Teisha worked for Suffolk Public Schools as a Teacher Assistant in pursuit of having her own classroom. Teisha loved working and interacting with people, especially children and the elderly. Her love for her family was so evident. Teisha was loving, free hearted, kind and fun spirited with a very infectious smile. Preceding her death was her father, Quintion D. Eaton; grandmother, Arthelia S. Eaton; grandfather, Cornelius Elliott; aunts, Renita Walker Pittman and Atina Eaton. Precious and loving memories will forever be cherished by her sweet little baby girl, Ny’Elle Sage Giles; beloved dog Bella; mother, Tresa Eaton; brother, Quadre Eaton; bonus dad, Jerry Allen; bonus mom, Glenda Willis; bonus brothers, Jeremy Allen, Justin Allen and Stephen Willis III, grandparents, Nathaniel and Linda Walker; aunts Andrea Walker and Consandra Eaton (Malcolm); uncles, Rashel Williams, Gary Eaton, Dwayne Eaton and Kevin Pittman (Chundrika), the “Forever 7” Tamesha, Michael (Robert), Kevin (Raven), Keysha, Donte; special friend Tynelle Giles and a host of aunts and uncles, cousins, family and friends. A public viewing will be held 4:00-7:oopm, Thursday, August 10, 2023 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel. A celebration of life will be held noon, Friday, August 11, 2023 at Christian Home Baptist Church, 20123 Longview Drive, Windsor, Virginia 23487. She will be laid to rest in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
