Phillip L. Bazemore, 75, of Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at his residence. A celebration of life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Balm Church East Campus, 523 E. Washington Street, Suffolk, Virginia. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
