Phillip L. Bazemore, 75, of Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at his residence. A celebration of life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, December 17, 2023 at Balm Church East Campus, 523 E. Washington Street, Suffolk, Virginia. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
