Percell Sylvester Fowler is the son of the late Rose Peterson-Fowler and Ellis Fowler. Percell Fowler was born July 25th, 1940, in Richmond, Virginia. Percell attended High School in New York City and then went on to join the United States Army in 1958 and served 3 years. Percell started working the Grocery union from 1971 until 1973 and was promoted to a management position. In 1973 he started working for the Iron Workers Local 46 for close to 30 years until retirement. Percell married his beloved wife Mary Lee Fowler after meeting her at a church choir. On April 29th, 1959, they traveled throughout Europe together and was stationed in Frankfurt, Germany were my father served in the armed forces. Percell leaves behind his oldest brother Melvin Fowler, sister Mae Lee Gordon & brother Wallace Fowler Sr. of Brooklyn New York. Percell had 2 sisters that have passed Louise Marcell, Geraldine Fickling & one brother Ellis Fowler Jr. From the union of Percell & Mary Lee Fowler four children were born; Alan Tyrone Fowler, Christina Fowler, Rita Virginia Fowler & his dearly departed son Anthony Curtis Fowler. Percell Fowler’s love continued with the birth his daughter Shanece Siobhan Victoria Fowler from her mother Carol Humphrey.Percell leaves behind 2 daughter in-law’s, Cathy and Cynthia Fowler; grandchildren Dellecia Fowler, Jasminelee Mejia, Angelissa Fowler, Jenecia Fowler, Amber Fowler, Natisha Reily & Jamahl Clark. Great grandchildren Anthony Blake Drewett, Cynia Cadett ,Sophia Fowler, Sunila Dansoh. A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Friday, November 19, 2021 in the Melvin J.
