Peggy Seaborn

Peggy Ann Seaborn, 55, of Elwood Road, Suffolk, transitioned Thursday, September 6, 2018, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held noon,  Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Piney Grove Baptist Church. She will be laid to rest in New Olive Branch Church Cemetery.
