Nina Baker

Nina Baker, 50, transitioned Saturday, March 12, 2022 in Norfolk, Virginia. She was the daughter of Rosa M. Silver and Wardell Silver. She was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School and Norfolk State University. She leaves to cherish her memories her parents Rosa M. & Wardell Silver; two sisters, Keesha Scott (Dwyane) of Richmond, Virginia and Kenesha Silver of Chesapeake, Virginia; three aunts, Lortte Jackson, Alice Mitchell and Lucy Johnson; two uncles, Sam Chapman and Charles Johnson; nieces and nephews, Quantasia Silver Scott, Dwyane Scott Jr., Dajion Scott, Rajion Silver, Kashawn Silver and Kamarion Brown; devoted friends, Ben Waller, Chris, Brandy and Tasha; a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be held noon, Tuesday, March 22, 2022 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. Bishop A. S. Hall, Sr. will deliver the message of comfort.
