He attended Suffolk Public Schools and was a part of the drumlines at both Kings Fork and Lakeland High Schools. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Richard Boone & Waverly Goodman Jr, and his grandmother, Dorothy Eloise Goodman. Myles fell in love with drums at a very young age, and as he grew older, he continued to play and was a faithful drummer at New Gospel Temple COGIC for several years, where is uncle, Superintendent Gerald Goodman is the pastor. He also served as the drummer for a short period of time at St Johns Church in Sunbury, North Carolina. Prior to his departure, he was the current drummer of The Birthing Place Suffolk, where his uncle Elder Eric Goodman is the pastor. Myles served at The Birthing Place faithfully every Sunday. Given his love for music, he begin to travel along side his cousin Deleon, and started playing the drums for the group, “Victorious Voices” of Suffolk, VA.
