Mr. Carroll Antonio Bailey

On February 12, 1973, God sent Carroll Antonio Bailey (Snoopy) to spend some earthly time with Emily and Carroll, his parents. While here on earth, Snoopy brought much joy to his family. Though he had many health challenges, he helped us learn to communicate and praise God in new ways. Snoopy attended the Virginia School in Hampton for Deaf, Blind and Multi-handicapped. Snoopy enjoyed connecting blocks and listening to music. He had a very gentle spirit. On Monday, July 13, 2020, God called Carroll to come back home to Heaven with Him. He leaves to cherish his memories: His parents Carroll and Emily Bailey and many cousins and friends. A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 20, 2020 in Carver Memorial Cemetery Mausoleum. After the celebration of life he will be entombed.
