Michael L. Ellis

Michael L. Ellis, 22, went to be with his Heavenly Father on July 8, 2026.

He was born on July 31, 2003, to Norman Parker and Kessa Ellis.

 Michael worked at Planters in Suffolk in 2025. Michael enjoyed playing basketball and video games, and he had a love for singing.

Michael leaves behind to cherish his loving memory: his mother, Kessa Ellis; his father, Norman Parker; his sister, Latonya Ellis; his grandmother, Betty Jackson; his aunt, Frankie Jackson-Scott; his uncle, Curtis Jackson of Suffolk; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. 

Michael will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him. May his memory continue to live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, 11a.m. in the Melvin Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. 

The family has entrusted Crocker Funeral Home with services rendered with dignity, compassion and care.
