Lucy Louise Rowe, 85, transitioned Friday, September 21, 2018. A celebration of life will be held noon Saturday, September 29, 2018 at First Gravel Hill Baptist Church, 5230 Old Stage Hwy, Smithfiled, VA 23430. She will be laid to rest in MountRay Cemetery.Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
