Linda M. Francis of Suffolk, Virginia, entered into a peaceful slumber on March 3, 2024, at the tender age of 61.
She was born on March 7, 1962, to the late William Francis Sr. and Sue Ellen Wiggins Hunter. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her
Siblings: Patricia Johnson, Shelia, Lonnie, and Robert Francis, and her nephew Rontral Hunter. She was also expecting her first Great- Granddaughter.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories and carry on her legacy to her Daughter, Latisha Francis, Granddaughters: Latasia and Lashanti
Gatling, Great- Grandsons: Aydan and Adrian Alston, Amari Gatling, and Karsyn Hamlin, Siblings: Tyron Hunter, Angela Maxwell (Marlo), Brenda
Walker, Yvonne, Kenneth, Donell and William Francis Jr. (Vera), and brother-in-law, Robert Johnson Sr.
She was a loving Auntie/ Motherly figure to Carlos Goodwyn, Robert Johnson Jr. (Aleshia), and Jalicia Elliott (Erin), and a loving Grandmotherly
figure to Makaila Gatling, Graysen Bremby, Kyrin Goodwyn, and Melii Johnson.
She also had a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Special Friends, Friends, and many Spiritual Brothers and Sisters whom she loved, all the
same.
The family will receive visitors at the home of her Daughter beginning on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Her Viewing will be held from 2-4:00p.m.and a wake will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. She will have Memorial Service at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Friday, March 15, 2024, at 1 p.m., located at 1351 White Marsh Road Suffolk, Virginia.
