Leroy Waters, 82, of Townpoint Road, Suffolk, Virginia, transitioned on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at his residence. A public viewing will be held 2-5pm, Thursday, December 18, 2025 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held 12 Noon, Friday December 19, 2025 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. Mr. Waters will be laid to rest at the Waters-Johnson Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
