Johnnie Turner, 65, of West Constance Road, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Wednesday, December 25,2019 at his residence. A celebration of life will be held noon, Friday, January 3, 2019 at Balm Church-East Campus. He will be laid to rest in the C.W. Ash Garden of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
