John Reggie Outland
John Outland was born August 19, 1963 to the late Willie Mae and John Outland in Nansemond County. He is preceded in death by his two brothers Ricky and Troy Outland and a niece Brittany Jenkins.
He leaves to cherish his memories two sisters Miranda Bryant and April Outland; one brother Wayne Outland; one aunt Elizabeth Brown and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews and cousins and a special friend Barbara Johnson.
A public viewing will be held 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at Crocker Funeral Home, followed by a celebration of life commencing at 1:00pm. The family has entrusted Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. with services rendered with dignity, compassion, and care.
