Janet Celestine Wiggins, 72, of Litton Lane, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Wednesday, February 25, 2026. A celebration of life will be held noon, Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Open Door Church, 816 Kings Ford Road, Suffolk, VA 23434. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
