James (Plucky) Harrison, III, 76 of Prospect Road, Suffolk transitioned Tuesday, June 12, 2018. He was an Army Veteran and also retired from the Newport News Shipbuilding. He was preceded in death by his parents James Harrison, Jr. and Bertha Mae Williams.He is survived by Byron Harrison, Isis Blount, Nikia (Julius) Davis, Sharon Rodgers; special friend, Elizabeth Riddick; six grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.A celebration of life will be held noon, Tuesday, June 19, 2018 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
