James O. Chapman, 70, of Prospect Road, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Accordius Health at Nansemond Pointe LLC. A celebration of life will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, February 29, 2020 at St. Mark Deliverance Center, Portsmouth, Virginia. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
