George Percell Morris

On Thursday, March 30, 2023, God called home our beloved George Purcell Morris. He was born in Nansemond County to Velma Morris and the late Tom Eason. He attended East Suffolk School in Suffolk, VA. He worked for Joseph P. Hall Drug Store as a delivery truck driver. George leaves behind to cherish his memory; his wife Shirley Morris, and brother Frank Eason; two daughters, Janice Duck and Tracy Whitehead (Tasha); four sons, Rodrick Harper, Kareem Morris, George Percel Zeke Morris, and Trey Wood; seven grandchildren, Sophia, Lashena, Nyla, Nae Nae, Serenity, Heaven, and Cruz; three great-grandchildren, Jamar, Nola, and Finky; three devoted cousins, Michael, Dominique, and Latisha. A public viewing will be held 2:00 - 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 10, 2023 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. A celebration of life will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 11, 2023 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
