Gary Vann White

Gary Vann White, 70, of Copeland Road, Suffolk, VA, transitioned at his residence on Monday, September 20. 2021. He was the son of the late Axum A. White and Lois V. White. Besides his parents he was precede din death by two brothers, Ellicott L. White and Adam White. He was self-employed and retired in 2014 after 25 years of faithful and dedicated service as a Transportation Specialist. He was a member of Living Church of God Norfolk Congregation. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Beverly D. White of Suffolk, VA; three daughters, Latisha V. White of Stafford, VA, Deshawn Steward and Tracey M. White of Suffolk, VA; two sons, Gary V. White, Jr. of Baltimore, MD and Montez H. White of Port Wentworth, GA; three sisters, Jean D. Stokes of Suffolk, VA, Lavenus A. Betiku of Baltimore, MD and Estelle Goodman of Suffolk, VA; brother, Dexter White of Baltimore, MD; 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and brothers-in-law. A memorial service will be held 11a.m. Friday, October 8, 2021 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
