Floria Ellen Chapman

Floria Ellen Chapman, 77, of East Washington Street, transitioned Saturday, October 6, 2018, at Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life will be held 1 p.m Saturday, October 13, 2018 at New Paul's Temple Holiness Church. She will be entombed in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
