Emma Conie Blount, 76, of N. Chesterfield, Virginia transitioned Sunday, February 22, 2026 in Richmond, Virginia. A celebration of life will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 27, 2026 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. She will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
