Ellen Jewell White-Williams, 69, of Grove Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia transitioned Saturday, March 7, 2020. A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 16, 2020 in the Mevlin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. She will be entombed in Carver Memorial Cemetery. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
