Eddie Lee Wilson

Eddie Wilson, 83, of Nansemond Parkway, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Monday, December 16,2019 at Autumn Care of Suffolk. He was the son of the late Glinner Urquhart. Besides his mother he was preceded in death by his wife Carrie B. Wilson, and brothers, William Urquhart and Albert Urquhart. He attended Norfolk Public School and retired as a Brick Mason after 40 years of faithful and dedicated service. He was a member of the Bricklayer and Allied Craftworks Local #2 of Virginia for 30 years. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Michelle Joe of Suffolk;  son,  Lemuel Wilson (Latrice) of Chesterfield, Virginia; 13 grandchildren, Otis Brown, Jr., Onya Brown, Michael Robertson, Tracia Brown, Mahogany Brown, Mecos Claude, Carrie Crews, Mary Crews, Kevin Williams, Leandre Wilson, Danielle Wilson, Monet Wilson, and Jasmine Wilson; nine great grandchildren, Mecos Claude, Jr., Makayla Claude, Chanler, Essence Leabough, Amani Brown, Elijah Crump, Josiah Crump, Adrian Wilson, and Cruz Wilson; a special friend, Dorothy Jackson; a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Rising St. James P.H.C. Rev. Robert Wilkins will deliver the message of comfort. He will be laid to rest in the C.W.
