Earlene Williams, 69, of Portsmouth, Virginia transitioned Monday, June 24, 2019 at Maryview Hospital. A celebration of life will be held 2:30 p.m. Monday, July 1, 2019 at Tabernacle Baptist Outreach Church. She will be laid to rest in the church cemetery.
