Donald Scott,58, of Bank Street, transitioned Thursday, April 11, 2019 at his residence. He was the son of the late Barbara Ann Scott. He was a graduate of John Yates High School and was a member of Uppperroom Holiness Church. He leaves to cherish his memory two devoted daughters, Demetrius Reid and Dominique Bailey of Suffolk, Virginia; son, Lamont Jacob of Suffolk, Virginia; two devoted sisters, Diane Bailey and Serena Hendricks of Suffolk, Virginia; two brothers, Arthur Scott and Mac Scott both of Suffolk; three grandchildren; devoted niece, Aisha Reid; devoted nephew, Jaceyon Whitfield; special cousin, Cynthia Scott; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. A celebration of life will be held noon, Friday, April 19, 2019 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in Carver Memorial Cemetery.
