Dimitrius Trevelle Bryant departed this life on May 12, 2022. He attended Lakeland High School. Dimitrius was the proud owner and cook of Humble Guys Soul Food. He was affectionately known to many as “Mookie,” “Henry”, “Lil Meet'', “Meet” but best known to his friends as Humble Guy. Dimitrius enjoyed spending time with his children, family, and friends. What he loved most were fishing and cooking. Dimitrius was preceded in death by his grandmothers’ Barbara Thomas, Mamie Martin Ross, Alease Bryant Irby, and his grandfather Norman (Boo Boo) Ruffin. He is survived by his daughter Siyoniee Bryant and son Javonte Bryant, his father Norman Ruffin Jr.(Shonda), and his mother Andrea Bryant. He also leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved Grandparents: Joyce Hall (Russell), William Bryant (Dorothy),His Siblings: Ebonee Bryant-Kelly (Cody), Glendrae Bryant (Tona), Jazzmin Bailey, Devin Williams, Tiffany Key, Shantel Ruffin, Daquan Ruffin, Ashanti Ruffin. His Aunts: Karyn Watson ( Chris), Tanisha King (Maurice) of South Carolina, Valerie Duncan (Wayne) of New Jersey, Alisha Bryant of Philadelphia, Felicia Ruffin, Vontricia Farrell (Andre) and Great uncle Lacy Chatman; a special cousin, Cleveland "Cleve" Jordan; Host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A public viewing will be held 2:30-6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2022 at Balm Church East Campus. A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 23, 2022 at New First Baptist Church Hosier, Road, Suffolk, Virginia. He will be laid to rest at Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery.
