Dave Smith, 69, of Curry Circle, Virginia Beach, Virginia transitioned Sunday, March 12, 2023 at his residence. A celebration of life will be held Monday, March 20, 2023 in the Chapel of Brown and Sons Funeral Home, 5901 W. Jim Bilton Blvd, St. George, S.C. 29477.
