Cynthia Lorraine Clark was born to Robert R. Clark Jr. and Shirley Jordan Clark on November 5, 1954, in Southampton County, VA. Cynthia was raised in Suffolk, Virginia, and graduated from Forest Glen High School before attending Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. She moved back to Virginia to start a teaching career in Richmond, VA. Her teaching career was short-lived because she accepted a position with the city of Richmond.
Cynthia was always a very outgoing person. During her years in high school, she was a cheerleader at Forest Glen High School, where she really enjoyed the Rah Rah, Cheer, Cheer. As time went on, she began to have some health issues, so she moved back to the family home until August 27, 2025, when she transitioned on.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Clark; her father, Robert R. Clark Jr.; and her brothers, Valious Lee Clark and Lawrence Lambert Clark.
She is survived by her brothers, Sammie Clark (Denise) and Robert W. Clark (Jacqueline), and her sister Suzette Clark, many cousins, and a host of nieces and nephews.
