Curtis "June" White, Jr.

Curtis "June" White, Jr., 50, of Kissimmee Avenue, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Thursday, February 13, 2020 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. He was the son of Venora L. White and the late Curtis White, Sr. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Ida Bell Welch and Johnny Welch; maternal grandparents, Joe Baker, Sr. and Hattie Mary Baker. He attended Suffolk Public Schools and was a Brick Mason. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Venora White of Suffolk; special friend, Denise Chapman of Suffolk; daughters, Lakeisha Eason and Jada White both of Ahoskie, N.C; two sons, MarQuay White of Suffolk and Xavier White of Ahoskie, N.C; step daughters, Kenesha Vaughan and Dinashia Vaughan both of Suffolk; step sons, Dorran Whitney (Crystal) of Gates, N.C, Sha'Mad Vaughan, Shyheim Vaughan, Devon Vaughan, Darique Franklin, Rashawn Vaughan, Shaquille Porter, and Quamaine Lassiter all of Suffolk, VA; sisters, Stephanie Baker Golden (John), Wanda White, Vernicia Lawrence, and Jasmin Fields all of Suffolk, sister of his heart Aretha Nikki Earls (Stan) of Corapeake, N.C; brothers, Calvin White (Carolyn), Quincy Baker, Derrick White, Travis Cooke, and Nathaniel Shaw all of Suffolk; 14 grandchidren, a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A celebration of life will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at New Pauls Holiness Church of Deliverance. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
