Charlotte Tripp Edwards

Mrs. Charlotte Tripp Edwards departed this life on August 6, 2026. She was born February 22, 1951, to Mrs. Eula Ruth Tripp and James R. Green.

She leaves behind three loving sons: Mr. Nathaniel Peele Jr., Mr. James Ford Jr., and Mr. Torion Ford.

She was blessed with 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved sister, Glennis Tripp, along with a host of nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

Mrs. Edwards will always be remembered for her beautiful smile, her loving heart, and the kindness she showed to those around her. Her love and memory will forever remain in the hearts of her family and all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of life will be held 12 Noon, Tuesday, August 18, 2026 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel. Ms. Edwards will be laid to rest at a later date at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. The family has entrusted Crocker Funeral Home, Inc. with services rendered with dignity, compassion, and care.
