Cecelia White, 65, of Brookwood Drive, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned on Thursday, August 7, 2025. A public viewing will be held 3-7pm, Thursday, August 14, 2025 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel. A celebration of life will be held 1:00pm, Friday, August 15, 2025 at New Mt. Joy Food for Living Ministries. Ms. White will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
