Carol Woodson

Carol Woodson, 63, of Roosevelt Drive, Suffolk, Virginia transitioned Saturday, February 13, 2021 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Doris Major and John Robert Major. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Robert "Louis" Major and Larry Major. She was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School and an excellent and loving Homemaker. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Michael Woodson of Suffolk; two daughters, Carol Major and Quineisha Hill both of Suffolk; sister, Doris Major-Allen of Suffolk; five brothers, Leroy Weaver, Tony Major, Dallas Major, John Major and Richard Major all of Suffolk, VA; four special grandchildren, Blake Hill, Charlie Hill, Maya Braxton and Karter Hill; mother-in-law, Lelear Woodson. A viewing will be held 1-7 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2021 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home.
