Carmen "Constance" Denise Jones

Carmen "Constance" Denise Jones, 60, of South 4th Street transitioned Thursday, June 11, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Gladys O. Jones and Lorenzo L. Davis, Sr. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Patricia Briggs, Jeanell Wells, Monwelda Holliman, Lonnie Williams, Vincent Davis, Sr., Frank Jones and Lorenzo Davis,Jr. Constance was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School and matriculated to Norfolk State University where she studied Nutrition. She retired from QVC in 2014 after 20 plus years of faithful and dedicated service. She was a member of Life Church of Atlanta. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Chiquita Jones of Suffolk, Va and Terri Jones of Lawrenceville, GA; son, Antonio Jones (Natasha) of Portsmouth; long term dedicated friend, Leotis Williams of Suffolk, VA; siblings, Joyce Jones, Janice Parker (Clayton), Tracy Wiggins (Raymond) all of Suffolk, Lisa Flood (Robert) of Smithfiled, VA, Morris Jones, Jerry King, Mark Jones (Judy) all of Suffolk , Margaret Lee (Micahel), Angela Copeland (Nelson), Carolyn Woodson (James) and Brenda Lassiter (Alton) all of Suffolk, VA; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild;and special friend Ronnie Lewis of Franklin; a host of other relatives and friends. A public viewing will be held 3-7 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2020 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home.
