Bobby Lee Morgan

Bobby Lee Morgan, 65, transitioned Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Riverside Regional Medical Center. He was born December 3, 1955 to the late Frances Morgan Boone. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Travis Boone and a host of uncles and aunts. He retired as a Short Shoreman after 20 years of faithful and dedicated service with Virginia International Terminals. He was a member of Zion Tabernacle Baptist Church. Bobby enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He leaves to cherish his memory his fiancé, Kathy Lee Little; two daughters, Regina Cropper (Kelby) of Suffolk, VA and Tamika Morgan-Howell of Elizabeth City, NC; son, Bobby Parker, Jr.(Natarsha) of Newport News, VA; three sisters, Rachel B. Jones (Felton) of Woodbridge, VA, Connie Frances Boone Wiggins of Suffolk, VA, Jaime Riddick of Riverhead, NY; three brothers, Larry T. Morgan (Teresa) of Suffolk, VA, James E. Boone, Jr. (Dawn) of Suffolk, and Michael Watford (Diane) of Corapeake, NC; VA; ten grandchildren, Ashani Coviello, Jahsi-Hawk Parker, Jahya-Hawk Parker, La'Charzeon Cropper, Keoshia Cropper, Shanishia Cropper, Kelby Jaden Cropper, Jah'Quan Jones, Jamauni Wilson and Jamel Howell. Jr.; special cousins, Marilyn Duncan, Allen Hayer and Janice Simms; uncles, Sandrus Morgan, James Eason, Roosevelt Brown, Howard Gary and George Hayer; three aunts, Hazel Smith (James), Isadora Bond (Herbert) and Nina Morgan; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friend. A celebration of life will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, July 31, 2021 in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in Zion Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery.
