Bernice Foster, 98, transitioned Saturday May 28, 2022 at Oak Grove Health and Rehab. A celebration of life will be held noon, Thursday, June 9, 2022 at New First Baptist Church, 1105 Hosier Road, Suffolk, Virginia. She will be laid to rest in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
