Barbara Jean Blanchard, 79, of Mohican Drive, Portsmouth, VA, transitioned on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at her residence. A celebration of life will be held 12 Noon, Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Laurel Hill United Church of Christ. Ms. Blanchard will be laid to rest in the church cemetery. Professional services with dignity, compassion, and care have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home, Inc.
